Jill Koch: Music

Out of the Blue

(Jill Koch)
despair is following me, it’s a little bit hard to see, these windows are not free, from being shattered. this old pair’ll do just fine, i’ve had them all my life, can’t seem to make’em shine anymore, then *there you are, out of the blue something real, something true it’s more than i’d hoped for, something new, there you are, out of the blue. don’t know if i should call, would my words matter at all, would they put up a wall i can’t tear down, some things will never change, at least that what they say, i’m starting to feel the same i can’t hang on. . .then (*)**it was something i thought i could do, you removed my hands and made it new, it was something i thought i could free, you turned my hope into something i could see, and .*there you are out of the blue, cuz if i could see you com’in i just might move, there you are,out of the blue.
